Some Oil Bunkers are said to have invaded the oil pipes inside Ijagemo area of Iba Local Government. They are said to have resumed their ill-fated work since 5am and are still there as at the time of filing this report (8:45am).
Traders and Shop owners are unable to start business activities of the day because of the fear of the violence that may accompany the return of the bunkers. This is a call on the Police and other security agencies to come to the rescue of residents of Ijagemo as this is not happening for the first time.
Months ago, an LT BUS filled with Nigerian Oil got totally burnt at Ona Ara Bus Stop of the same Ijagemo Road.
